We Get You Into the Right Nursing College
Expert guidance from mandatory KCET registration to final enrollment. Our advisors work for you — not for any college — so you get honest, personalised recommendations. No missed deadlines, no lost seats.
KCET Registration is No Longer Optional
New KEA Rule: All candidates — including out-of-state students and management quota applicants — must now register for Karnataka Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Without a KCET Application Number, RGUHS may not generate your university registration number, which means your admission won't be recognised.
The good news? If you're eligible for government quota, KCET counselling can also save you up to ₹4 lakhin tuition fees over 4 years. But even if you're going through management quota, KCET registration is still required.

How We Help
We handle the mandatory KCET registration for you
Since KCET registration is now compulsory for all nursing admissions in Karnataka, we ensure you never miss this critical step.
KEA Portal Registration
We complete your KCET registration on the KEA portal — correct forms, right documents, submitted before the deadline. Missing this means no admission.
Document Preparation
Caste certificate, income certificate, domicile proof, photographs — we tell you exactly what's needed and help you get everything ready for verification.
Option Entry & Counselling
We guide you on which colleges and courses to select during KCET option entry. Strategic choices can get you a better seat or lower fees.
University Registration
We ensure your KCET Application Number is correctly linked so RGUHS generates your university registration number without issues.
Common Questions
KCET FAQs — Especially for Out-of-State Parents
Yes. As per the latest KEA directive, ALL candidates — including out-of-state students and those seeking Management Quota seats in RGUHS-affiliated colleges — must register for KCET. Without a KCET Application Number, your university registration may not be generated by RGUHS. This is now a mandatory step, not optional.
Yes. Even if you are not a Karnataka domicile student, KEA requires you to register for KCET if you want admission in any nursing college affiliated to RGUHS in Karnataka. The registration is needed for the university to process your admission — regardless of which quota you apply through.
No. KCET registration is mandatory for everyone, but government quota seats are prioritised for Karnataka domicile students (₹15,000–₹25,000/year). For outside Karnataka students, the KCET / Govt Quota tuition is ₹1,40,000/year. However, KCET registration is still required for your admission to be approved by RGUHS.
Without KCET registration, RGUHS may not generate your university registration number. This means your admission technically won't be recognised by the university. You could lose your seat and your academic year. This is why KEA made it mandatory for all candidates.
We handle the complete KCET registration process on the KEA portal — filling forms correctly, uploading the right documents, meeting deadlines, option entry strategy, and guiding you through counselling. Since KCET is now mandatory, we ensure you don't miss this critical step while also managing your college application and admission process.

Questions
Pricing & service FAQs
What does ₹15,000 cover?
Everything — consultation, college shortlisting, application management, document support, admission follow-up and career support. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
Is there a refund if I don't get admission?
Yes. If we cannot secure you an admission at any of the shortlisted colleges, we refund ₹10,000 of the ₹15,000 fee. You only pay ₹5,000 for the consultation and guidance time.
Why should I pay when colleges offer free admission help?
College counsellors work for the college — they'll recommend their college even if it's not right for you. We work for you. Our job is to find the best college for YOUR situation, not sell any specific college.
Can I pay after admission?
The fee is payable upfront before we begin the application process. This is standard for education consultancy services across India.
Do you guarantee admission?
We have a strong track record with our partner colleges. While we can't guarantee admission (final decision always rests with the college), our success rate is over 95% with partner institutions.
I'm from outside Karnataka. Do I still need KCET?
Yes. As per the latest KEA directive, ALL candidates — including out-of-state students — must register for KCET. Without a KCET Application Number, RGUHS may not generate your university registration number. KCET registration is mandatory for every nursing admission in Karnataka, regardless of which quota you apply through.
What if we miss the KCET deadline?
Missing the KEA deadline is serious — without KCET registration, your admission may not be approved by RGUHS. If you've already missed it, contact us immediately. We assess your situation and explore available options, including next-year registration guidance.
Does the ₹15,000 fee include KCET registration?
The ₹15,000 is our service fee for KCET registration assistance, documentation, option entry strategy and admission management. KCET exam fee is separate and paid directly to KEA. Our service covers the complex KEA portal navigation and document preparation — the parts that confuse most families.
